Stephen Davies, Partner
Stephen studied Law at Staffordshire Polytechnic College (now Staffordshire
University) and completed his Legal Practice Course at Chester College of
Law. Stephen's expertise lies in all aspects of personal injury, including
accidents at work, road traffic and obtaining interim payments. He also

Barbara Gribbin, Partner
Barbara qualified as a Solicitor in 1993 after studying Law at the University
of Central Lancashire and Manchester Metropolitan University. She has dealt
with all aspects of personal injury work but her main areas of expertise
are in road traffic accident claims and in dealing with tripping and slipping
claims.

Stephen Hathway, Associate
Stephen qualified as a Solicitor in 1989 after studying Law at Reading University
and completing the Law Society Final Examinations at Chester College of
Law. Stephen specialises in general litigation and all aspect of personal
injury work, including accidents at work, trips and slips and clinical negligence.

Keith Moore, Associate
Keith Studied Jursiprudence (Legal Philosophy) at Oxford University and,
after completing the Solicitors Final Examinations in Liverpool, qualified
as a Solicitor in 1975. He specialises in residential and commercial conveyancing
and all other aspects of property work, including leases and allied property
matters.

Sarah Heath, Solicitor
Sarah studied Law with European Studies at the University of Hertfordshire
and completed her Legal Practice Course at Chester College of Law, Chester.
She joined the firm in May 2002 to help our Housing Disrepair department
before moving to the Personal Injury team. Sarah specialises in fast-track
matters and deals with employer's liability, public liability and road traffic
accidents.

Ian Grant, Wills & Probate Manager
Ian qualified as a Barrister back in 1993 and has combined a busy career
in practice with academic achievements. To date, he has five publications
in law and has recently completed publications on Will writing and probate
practice. He is able to advise all clients on a range of taxation, trusts
and Will writing matters.

Adam Spicer, Solicitor
Adam studied Law at the University of Hull and went to complete his Legal
Practice Course at Chester College of Law. Qualifying in early 2008, Adam
joined the firm in 2009 and specialises in fast track road traffic accident
claims.

Jennifer Skelly, Legal Executive
Jennifer joined the firm in 2002 and has been dealing with personal injury
claims since then. She is an ILEX qualified Legal Executive, specialising
in road traffic accident claims and is experienced in litigation and credit
hire.

Emma Sim, Legal Executive
Emma joined the firm in 1998 and since then has dealt with road traffic
accident personal injury claims. She is an ILEX qualified Legal Executive

Anne-Marie Weston, Litigation Executive
Anne-Marie joined the firm in 1995 and is the longest serving member of
staff. She is highly experienced in dealing with road traffic accident and
personal injury claims. Anne-Marie also focuses on credit hire issues, liability

Helen Matthews, Litigation Executive
Helen joined the firm in 2007 and has been specialising in injury compensation
claims for over 15 years. Helen has completed Part 1 of the ILEX (Institute

Liz Ashcroft, Litigation Executive
Liz joined the firm in early 2008 but has been dealing with road traffic
accident claims since 1998. She specialises in fast track matters, personal

Natasha Crow, Litigation Executive
Natasha joined the firm in 2009, specialising in RTA personal injury claims
and has several years experience in dealing with motor claims, in particular,
motorcycle accidents. Natasha has completed the Graduate Diploma in Law

Debbie Eckersley, Litigation Executive
Debbie re-joined the firm in 2009 and has been dealing with road traffic
accidents for 3 years, specialising in motorcycle claims and credit hire.
She is also at the end of her 1st year of study for the ILEX qualification.

Caroline Kieran, Litigation Executive
Caroline re-joined the firm in 2009 and has been dealing with road traffic
